In terms of professional exchange, the School carries out programmes such as Peer Observations, Class Observations by subject panels, as well as Class Observations by administrative staff throughout the year. Through class observations and experience sharing, we can improve the quality of teaching. The School also has a programme called Professional Exchange of Assignment Design, in which each teacher has to design an assignment that can nurture students' generic skills, and share it with other colleagues. Each year we conduct two Students' Lesson Reflection Surveys for subject teachers to evaluate the learning process of their students so as to improve their own teaching strategies.
