Junior Secondary Modular System
In order to successfully bridge the New Senior Secondary (NSS) curriculum, the School has introduced Modular System to the junior secondary. Under the new system, the junior form curriculum is divided into six modules. Students study various subject combinations under the Modular System. This scheme increases the number of lessons for the related subjects from 1-2 sessions to 4-5 sessions in each six-day cycle. It allows students to learn more intensively and facilitates exploratory learning activities, which can strengthen the adoption of generic skills. The curriculum design of junior forms usually takes either a spiral, thematic or exploratory approach. The class structure is as follows:
